Guangyuan in Southwest China's Sichuan province held a conference on Jan 10 to find solutions to the Zengjiashan Scenic Area's development, highlighting on the idea that it be developed  into a national tourist resort.

"The district will focus on developing Zengjiashan into a national tourist resort, a business card for Guangyuan and a popular destination for healthcare services," said Yu Feiyu, Party chief of Guangyuan's Chaotian district.

According to the meeting, the site will step up its efforts to improve its natural scenery, develop  forest sports and folk culture, and promote Zengjiashan as a top summer destination. 

Yu added that the district will attach more importance to high-quality ecological healthcare and tourism services, which contributes to a prosperous, harmonious, beautiful and modern community.
