Guangyuan advances infrastructure of 300 projects

Construction of over 300 projects is well underway in Guangyuan, Southwest China's Sichuan province.

This year, Guangyuan will nurture a large number of projects to bolster the city's key industries such as food and beverage, bio-medicine and electronic machinery.

So far, Guangyuan has reserved over 1,300 projects worth about 750 billion yuan ($112.35 billion).

Meanwhile, the city has adopted multiple measures to improve its business environment. A dozen of working parties were set up to chart planning maps for local dominant industries plus digital economy. They have built a database involving over 400 potential cooperative enterprises.

Figures show that the number of registered projects and their investment grew by 56.3 percent and 76.1 percent year-on-year in the first quarter of this year.
