Villagers were busy picking plums in Dongbao town, Jiange county, Guangyuan, Sichuan province, on July 10, to  celebrate the third "Queen Plum" picking festival.

During the event, music, food, and camping activities were held to fully demonstrate the rural beauty in the integrated development of agriculture and tourism.

Since 2017, the town has increased efforts to develop the "Empress Plum" brand, and the plantation area of this variety reached 200 hectares.

In 2022, as many as 86.67 hectares of plum trees yielded fruits with an output of nearly 500,000 kilograms and a value of over 10 million yuan.
