On Sept 8, Guangyuan, Southwest China's Sichuan province rolled out three Shudao (ancient post road) hiking tour routes at a press conference. The launching ceremony for the routes was scheduled for Sept 15.

The three routes are all within the Cuiyun Corridor scenic area in Jiange county. Visitors can admire the lush cypress trees and experience the profound historical culture along the way.

Accordingly, a series of regular activities such as hiking competition, rock climbing competition and poetry congress will promote the local tourism in all seasons.

The Shudao extends nearly 300 kilometers within the Guangyuan area, drawing more than 130 well-preserved cultural heritage sites together, including roads, cypress trees, pass formations and ancient towns.
