Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve in Guangyuan, Southwest China's Sichuan province, welcomes its most colorful season - from late October to early December.

Forests are transformed into bright hues as the dazzling yellow and red leaves mix with the green, drawing tourists into a spellbinding fairytale land.

"At present, the red leaf viewing index in Tangjiahe has reached Level II, with a leaf color change rate of 35 percent to 60 percent, and it is now suitable for viewing," said a staff member from the Tangjiahe area of the Giant Panda National Park.

In addition to enjoying red leaves and observing wild animals, visitors to Tangjiahe can also taste the region's unique cuisine, such as halal copper hot pot, Qingchuan mountain delicacies banquet, halal nine treasure bowls, and the lake fish feast.

There are ecologically grown agricultural products in Tangjiahe, such as pollution-free honey, agarics, morel mushrooms, bamboo fungus, and silver fish. The nutrient-rich national geographical indication products are sold both at home and abroad.
