Tourists in Guangyuan, Sichuan province, reveled in a delightful atmosphere of delicious food and beverages with the opening of the Lauderbach Craft Beer Festival on June 21.

"The scene was so exciting, and it felt great to come here on a relaxing Friday night," said a local resident named Lin, who attended the festival early with his family.

This vibrant celebration is just a small part of the three-month-long Guangyuan beer and music season, which will continue until the end of August.

The festival series, themed around summer nights, features a blend of mouth-watering food, spectacular audio-visual performances and excellent product exhibitions and sales, all contributing to the city's night economy.

In addition to the main festival, the city has organized themed night activities such as music carnivals and Chinese chic product exhibitions at multiple locations throughout the urban area.

By creating a sensory fest of sight, sound and taste, Guangyuan aims to attract more visitors from within as well as outside the city to enjoy a leisurely time of drinking and merriment.
