Xiamen to host several exhibitions in March

In recent years, Xiamen has become a city with a thriving exhibition industry. In March, there are several exhibitions that will take place in the city, and listed below are brief introductions of them.
The first edition of the Cat Economy Industry Innovation Exposition (CEIE) is scheduled to take place from Mar 10 to 12 at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center (XICEC). With a total exhibition area of 15,000 square meters, the event is expected to attract more than 200 exhibitors.
The exhibition enables cat lovers to play with cats and buy necessities for their cats, as well as serves as a platform for exhibitors to promote their companies and seek cooperation.
On March 10, the three-day Lanzhuang Home Expo will kick off by showcasing products for interior decorating that include furniture, tiles, electrical appliances and sanitary ware. It is expected to bring convenience to Xiamen residents by offering great buys on a great variety of goods.
From March 24 to 26, the 2023 Xiamen Energy-saving Vehicle Expo will be open to the public at XICEC. With around 10 auto enterprises showcasing about 1,000 cars, the exhibition is expected to provide good deals for those who want to buy cars.
International Mushroom Days China 2023 will also open in Xiamen, aiming to boost the development of China's mushroom industry. It will take place from March 21 to 23.

As a vice-provincial city independently listed on the State development plan, it has provincial-level authority in economic administration and local legislative power. In 2010, the Xiamen SEZ was expanded to cover the entire municipality. Today, Xiamen is a modern and international port city.
