The College of Packaging and Printing Engineering is organized in five undergraduate programs: Packaging Engineering, Printing Engineering (Graphic Communications), Printing Engineering (Digital Publication), Wood Science and Engineering (Interior and Furniture Design), and Logistics Engineering. The school also offers a Packaging Engineering Program for a Doctor's degree, Packaging Engineering and Printing Engineering Programs for Master's degrees.

The School of Electronic Information and Automation (SEIA) offers 3 MS programs: Detecting Technology and Automation Devices, Control Theories and Engineering, and Detecting and Measuring Technology and Instruments; one engineering Master's program in Control Engineering, and five undergraduate programs: Automation, Electric Engineering and Automation, Electronic Information Engineering, Communications Engineering, and Detection Control Technology and Instruments. At present, SEA has 71 faculties, including 9 professors, 22 associate professors, 77 master students, and 1716 undergraduate students. SEA was designated by the Ministry of Education as a training center for education management information.

SMSCE is one of the oldest schools of the university, was founded in 1958. SMSCE has a strong faculty and advanced teaching equipment and facilities. Its comprehensive curriculum covers 3 Ph.D. programs: Light Industry Technology & Engineering, Pulp Paper Making Engineering, and Leather Chemical Engineering; eight Master's degree programs.

SOSE, founded in 1953 as a salt making technical school, joined the university in 1972, and now has 5 undergraduate majors: Ocean Science, Ocean Technology, Chemical Engineering & Techniques, Environmental Science, and Environmental Engineering; five Master's programs.
