In order to serve the construction and operation of the Sino-Thai Railway, on July 20, 2018, the college built the first overseas training center for high-speed rail technical skills - the Thailand Luban Workshop, which was awarded the King of Thailand's Award for its contribution in training Thai high-speed rail technical talents.

On March 28, 2019, the college built the first Luban workshop in Africa, the Djibouti Luban Workshop, which was the first higher vocational college in Djibouti.
