This year, in Zhongbeixie village, Tianjin's Xiqing district, a digital control center has been established to assist in the refined management of local communities.
The digital control center covers multiple aspects, such as villages’ governance, safety, waste sorting, and follow-up assistance for the vulnerable, providing valuable experience for other rural areas.

The Party construction information, including Party news and work reports closely related to villagers, can be accessed by scanning a QR code via the digital control center to understand the village's dynamics.
In addition, the digital control center has set up a convenient service sector, which not only provides daily services including house rental, elderly care, and fire safety inspections, but also allows residents to achieve 24-hour government service appointments and a series of people-benefiting lectures.
The digital management system also supports the construction of safe villages and communities. The facial and vehicle automatic recognition system allows local villagers to enter and exit freely while preventing unauthorized access by outsiders. At the same time, the high-altitude falling object detection system clearly defines specific responsibilities, supervises, and prevents villagers from throwing objects from a height, while simultaneously submitting relevant information to the intelligent platform.
