The Djibouti Luban Workshop, the first of its kind in Africa, was jointly built by the Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College, the Tianjin First Commercial School, the Djibouti Industrial and Commercial School and the China Civic Engineering Construction Corp.
The workshop serves as a center of excellence in four majors related to railway engineering and commercial trading. It offers high-quality academic education and technical training to African youths.
