Ali has become an assistant engineer of the Orange Line Metro in his country, having obtained a graduation certificate from the Tianjin Modern Vocational Technology College (TMVTC) and the G III level certificate from Punjab, Pakistan.

In 2018, the TMVTC and Punjab's Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority co-founded the Pakistan Luban Workshop in Punjab, a vocational education cooperation program between China and Pakistan.
The workshop offers academic education and vocational training, and strives to cultivate technical and skilled personnel for the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
Since 2021, the workshop has been working on its agricultural machinery training program, and it was finally launched online this month.
