In 2018, the TMVTC and Punjab's Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority co-founded the Pakistan Luban Workshop in Punjab, a vocational education cooperation program between China and Pakistan.

The workshop offers academic education and vocational training, and strives to cultivate technical and skilled personnel for the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.

Since 2021, the workshop has been working on its agricultural machinery training program, and it was finally launched online this month.
