The TRTVC has rich experience in international exchanges. It has been undertaking national foreign aid projects since 2001, cultivating about a thousand railway employees for countries such as Tanzania, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Djibouti.
Currently, it has helped establish three Luban workshops in Thailand, Djibouti and Nigeria, respectively, which nurse local technical personnel in high-speed rail, conventional rail, and urban rail for the partner countries.
