With a history spanning centuries, thangka is a distinctive Tibetan art form, celebrated for its unique features and artistic beauty. Crafted using precious mineral pigments and natural dyes from plants, its colors remain brilliant even after decades.
During their visit to #Xizang autonomous region, students and teachers from 12 countries at schools in China were amazed by the intricate beauty of thangka. Raimbekova Baktygul, a teacher from North Minzu University based in Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region, exclaimed, "It is incredibly delicate!"
