Moreover, the forum offers an outlook on a new round of 5G future development trends supported by big data, cloud computing, and intelligent sensors, with the aim of working together to promote the driving value of 5G in digital development and industrial transformation, as well as to explore a way for 5G to empower high-quality economic development across all industries.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
