Introduction:

Woven into the fabric of human activities, the Internet has the potential to address major global research and sustainability challenges through the better integration of humans, machines and objects on a large scale. The Next Generation Internet requires improved architecture and systems to support network infrastructure with new functionalities that offer large-scale, high-throughput, low-latent and privacy-preserved data transmission and computing services. Themed on the Internet of Everything and the Digital Twin, this session will invite experts from academia, the industry and administration to discuss the sustainable development and innovative applications of Next Generation Internet in the three sections of welcome remarks, keynotes and a panel.
