Achievement

GeaGraph is a large-scale graph computing system, a novel data analytics system based on a graph model. Ant Group and Tsinghua University jointly developed it. Analytics on financial transaction data is very challenging because it requires processing a huge amount of data with high throughput and low response time. GeaGraph addresses these challenges and identifies and prevents the increasingly concealed and varied malicious behaviors such as fraud and money laundering.

Application

The system plays an important role and has social significance in reducing the loss of people's property and preventing financial risks. It also has vast potentials in fields including finance, telecommunication, and public healthcare.
