I. Registration Time

1. Members of the WIC International Organization: 12:00, 7th November - 10:00, 8th November 

2. Participants of WIC Wuzhen Summit: 10:00, 8th November - 12:00, 9th November

Note: Conference staff will be on duty at the registration from 12:00, 9th November to 12:00, 11th November.

II. Registration Address

1. VIPs & WIC International Organization Members: Ticket Office, south of Tourist Service Center, West Scenic Area (Xizha), Wuzhen

2. Other attendees: World Expo Pavilion, north of Tourist Service Center, West Scenic Area, Wuzhen

Note: Special invitees to WIC forums register at Wuzhen Ziye Hotel.

III. Registration Processes

Attendees and WIC International Organizations members having not taken single-tube PCR test in Zhejiang Province should get it done at the Tourist Service Center of West Scenic Area → follow staff to registration → register and get supplies → hotel check-in.

Special invitees having not taken single-tube PCR test in Zhejiang Province should get it done at the Wuzhen Ziye Hotel → follow staff to registration → register and get supplies → hotel check-in.

IV. Accommodation

Attendees and WIC International Organization members will stay at hotels in West Scenic Area of Wuzhen.

Special invitees will stay at hotels outside the Scenic Area.

V. Shuttle Bus Service

1. Arrival: 12:00, 7th November - 00:00, 11th November

2. Departure: 13:00, 9th November - 13:00, 11th November

VI. Event Transportation

Event transportation is available at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Hangzhoudong Railway Station and Tongxiang Railway Station 

Note: Driving is not recommended. If you do need to drive, please go to Wuzhen Sauce Duck Museum and transfer to a shuttle bus.

VII. PCR Test upon Arrival

Attendees arriving at Hangzhoudong Railway Station and Tongxiang Railway Station with a negative PCR test result within 48 hours shall take the designated route of the Summit before taking event vehicles to Wuzhen Tourist Service Center for on-arrival PCR test.

Attendees arriving at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport with a negative PCR test result within 48 hours should take event vehicles to Wuzhen Tourist Service Center for on-arrival PCR test.

VIII. Meals

Meals are served at designated restaurants described on the meal vouchers you receive from registration.

IX. Where to Take Shuttle Buses

Electric vehicles are available for attendees and WIC International Organization members who stay at hotels inside West Scenic Area; Shuttle buses are provided for special invitees who stay at hotels outside the Scenic Area (both schedules yet to be published).

X. Where to Depart

1. Inside the Scenic Area: P1 parking lot, Tourist Service Center, Wuzhen West Scenic Area

2. Outside the Scenic Area: Hotels attendees stay, Wuzhen Ziye Hotel (where special invitees stay), Gold River-side Hotel (where journalists stay) 

XI. Kindly Reminders

1. VIPs arriving at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport are not recommended to check your luggage, for it could take about as long as 50 minutes to reclaim your luggage.

2. Non-VIPs (special invitees of forums and journalists) arriving at Hangzhoudong Railway Station please take the designated route of the Summit at West 1 Exit.

3. Non-VIPs arriving at Tongxiang Railway Station (special invitees of forums and journalists) please take the VIP only route rather than other passenger routes.

4. Please arrive at the above-mentioned time, or you will have to wait for registration and hotel check-in.

5. Please leave Wuzhen at the above-mentioned time, or you will have to make your own arrangement.

6. Please don't leave Wuzhen during the event in accordance with WIC COVID-19 policy.
