I. Registration Time:

1. Attendees of Day Zero event: 12:00, 6th November - 20:00, 6th November

2. Attendees of WIC Wuzhen Summit: 09:00, 7th November - 10:00, 8th November

Note: Conference staff will also be on duty at the registration from 10:00, 8th November to 12:00, 10th November.

II. Registration Address

1. VIPs & WIC Members: Ticket Office, Tourist Service Center, West Scenic Area (Xizha), Wuzhen

2. Other Guests: World Expo Pavilion, north of Tourist Service Center, West Scenic Area (Xizha), Wuzhen

Note: Special-invited audience of forums register at Wuzhen Ziye Hotel.

III. Registration Processes

Follow the staff to registration → Register and get conference materials → Hotel check-in.

IV. Accommodation

Accomodation for Guests will be arranged in West Scenic Area (Xizha) of Wuzhen

Accomodation for Special-invited audience of forums will be arranged outside the Scenic Area

V. Shuttle Bus Service

1. Arrival:

From 12:00, 6th November (for guests of Day Zero event);

From 07:00, 7th November (for guests of WIC Wuzhen Summit).

2. Departure: From 12:00, 8th November

VI. Event Transportation

1. For VIPs and Guests: Event transportation is available at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Hangzhoudong Railway Station, Tongxiang Railway Station, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station.

2. For Special-invited audience of forums: Event transportation is available at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and Tongxiang Railway Station.

Note: Self driving is not recommended. If it is necessary to do so, please park at the "Wuzhen Sauce Duck Museum" and transfer to a shuttle bus.

VII. Dining Plan

Meals are served at designated restaurants listed on the meal vouchers you receive from registration. Lunch of 8th November will be arranged by the organizing committee.

VIII. Transportation Guidlines

Electric vehicles are available for attendees staying at hotels inside West Scenic Area (Xizha).

Shuttle buses are provided for Special-invited audience of forums staying at hotels outside the Scenic Area.

IX. Departure Location

1. Inside the Scenic Area: P1 parking lot, Tourist Service Center, Wuzhen West Scenic Area (Xizha)

2. Outside the Scenic Area: Hotels for attendees, Wuzhen Ziye Hotel (for Special-invited audience of forums), Gold Riverside Hotel (for journalists)

Ⅹ. Kind Reminders

1. VIPs arriving at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport are not recommended to reclaim your luggage, for it could take about as long as 50 minutes to reclaim your luggage.

2. Guests (including Special-invited audience of forums and journalists) arriving at Tongxiang Railway Station please take VIP-only exit rather than other passengers’ exit.

3. Guests arriving at Hangzhoudong Railway Station, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station should follow the guidance signs to exit.

4. Registration and hotel check-in are not available before the above-mentioned time.

5. No other activities will be arranged beyond the above-mentioned time.
