Iris is currently the Vice President of Cisco Greater China. She is responsible for Cisco’s Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area business, including Hong Kong, Macao and South China, leading Cisco’s business development, planning and operations in the region; she is also responsible for Greater China's corporate overseas business and automotive business, and is committed to helping Chinese companies move towards globalization. She is committed to advocating for the development of women in the IT industry, exploring the diversity and possibilities of Internet talent building in organizing "Women of Impact" events.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
