The 2023 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit was held from Nov 8-10 in Wuzhen, East China's Zhejiang province.

Li Junhua, under-secretary-general for Economic and Social Affairs of the United Nations, sent his message to the summit via video link.

He expressed his appreciation to China for holding this event as the country is making efforts to contribute to global digital cooperation and solidarity.
