Ren Xianliang meets with heads of WIC member enterprises in HK

The World Internet Conference (WIC) is willing to maintain regular and in-depth communication with its member enterprises to better understand their needs and challenges, offering a global platform for exchange and cooperation to facilitate their healthy development, said Ren Xianliang, Secretary-General of the WIC.

Ren made this remark during his visit from June 27 to 28 in Hong Kong, where he met with heads of WIC member enterprises, including Chow Shing Yuk, Founder and CEO of Hong Kong-based on-demand delivery service firm Lalamove, and Chen Yao, General Manager of the Brand Department of Ping An Group, a leading insurance giant in China.

Chow Shing Yuk provided an overview of Lalamove's operations. Noting that Lalamove is honored to be a member of the WIC, he said that the company is ready to support and participate in the important events, such as the WIC Wuzhen Summit.

Chen detailed Ping An Group's work in smart healthcare and financial technology, stating that Ping An looks forward to establishing regular and in-depth cooperation with the WIC.

During their meeting, Ren briefed the member enterprises on the recent achievements and future plans of the WIC, expressing gratitude for their longstanding support. He extended warm welcome to the heads of the relevant enterprises to attend the important events of the WIC, including the Wuzhen Summit.
