Zeng Yi talks about potential breakthroughs in scientific AI
Zeng Yi, chair of the World Internet Conference Specialized Committee on Artificial Intelligence and professor at the Institute of Automation of Chinese Academy of Sciences, has talked about the future of AI and potential breakthroughs.
He highlighted that, while AI is advancing rapidly due to massive data and computing power, we are still far from achieving true scientific AI and artificial general intelligence.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
