
Rhydhi Gupta, a senior public policy analyst at Quantum Hub and a lawyer from India, is a member of the 2025 World Internet Conference Global Youth Leadership Program. She is dedicated to making the digital world safer and more inclusive. Furthermore, Rhydhi believes young people have a key role in ensuring online safety, especially for women, children, marginalized communities and the elderly.
She highlighted the importance of digital literacy, particularly to those less familiar with technology, so that everyone can evolve into the digital future together.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
