Xiamen Huatian International Vocational and Technical College is a private higher vocational college founded in January 2002. 

The college covers 35 hectares and has floor space of 150,000 square meters. It has 6,245 full-time students and 439 faculty members, including 284 serving in full time. Its library houses a collection of 511,000 paper books and 110,000 e-books. 

At present, the college has seven secondary schools (including three launched within university-enterprise cooperation): the School of Mechanical-Electrical and Vehicle Engineering, the School of Media and Information, the School of Finance and Economics, the School of Modern Business Administration, the International Education School, the School of Aviation and Tourism, and the Yameilun School. The college offers 36 higher vocational majors, 19 of which serve key industries in Xiamen. 

The college has been actively expanding international cooperation, enjoying partnerships with Hosan University and Catholic University in South Korea. The school also reached cooperative intentions with four US universities, including the South Seattle Community College, and the Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.
