The State Council Information Office released a white paper, titled China's Position on the China-US Economic and Trade Consultations, on June 2.

The white paper denounces US unilateral and protectionist measures, criticizing its backtracking on China-US trade talks, and demonstrating China's stance on trade consultations and pursuit of reasonable solutions.
