Inspirationpark, the first intelligent life and health industrial park supported by 5G technology, had its first phase being official put into operation on June 13.
It is located in southwest Fengqiao sub-district, Suzhou New District, with a planned area of 3.61 square kilometers and 1.03 sq km of which being designated for core activities.
Projects with investment totaling over 4 billion yuan ($565 million) have been settled in the park, involving the frontiers of life and health, such as life technology, smart health, and high-end medical equipment.
Efforts will be made to enrich the local industrial ecosystems, such as scientific research, incubation, production, application, personnel training, and industrial services, to achieve coordinated development of different industries.
The park is also committed to strengthening the local health industry, building a cluster for biological and life technology industries in the Yangtze River Delta region, and pioneering in industrial upgrading and urban image renewal.
Following the start of construction in February 2018, the park has seen its display and experience center opening in January 2019 and a service center for local bio-pharmaceutical industry being unveiled in August last year. The second phase will also be completed this year and the third and fourth phases have been planned and scheduled.
