The "Su Zhou Dao" mobile app was recently updated to offer Japanese and Korean language choices and better meet the demands of foreigners in Suzhou for government and public services.
Foreigners can open the "Su Zhou Dao" mobile app, tap "Services for foreigners" on the home page, and select their preferred language in the top right-hand corner. There are currently three languages available: English, Japanese, and Korean.
The "Su Zhou Dao" mobile app requires real-name authentication, so foreigners must follow the steps below before using it. First open the "Su Zhou Dao" mobile app, tap "我的" (Me) in the bottom right-hand corner, and then tap "LB级认证" (LB-level authentication) in the "认证" (Authentication) section to upgrade your information. After entering the page for real-name authentication, tap "苏州公安人工审核" (Manual review by Suzhou Public Security). Enter your personal information and upload your photo with relevant documents in hand to complete the application. Manual review will be completed within three working days.
The "Su Zhou Dao" mobile app was designed for local residents, business travelers, and foreigners living in Suzhou. The app offers both general and special services and releases notices and information concerning local events and daily life.
