Whitebait, also called noodle dish, are mainly distributed in eastern Aisa. It has been one of the chief export aquatic proudcts of China.
There are many kinds of crabs. The freshwater lakes alone boast more than 20 species, one of the highlights of which is the golden-claw crabs of Yangcheng Lake.
The noodles are also called white soup noodles. The soup is clear, and the stewed meat is crisp and soft. Thin and beautifully shaped, the noodles are delicious and refreshing.
