Huawei Cloud, the cloud business arm of Huawei Technologies Co, said on Thursday that it aims to empower 10,000 high-potential start-ups around the world in the next three years to help them innovate and start business within the company's cloud platform and ecosystem.

At a summit held in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, Huawei Cloud launched an innovative cloud platform and promised to invest business resources to help start-ups. It has also launched a Huawei Cloud accelerator together with senior investors in the industry to empower global start-ups.
