A few days ago, the third-generation semiconductor industrial park located in Zhongguancun Shunyi Park was officially put into operation. 

The industrial park covers an area of 74,000 square meters. Driven by new energy vehicles, 5G communications, energy Internet and other major application needs, it will break through core technologies, and form a first-class third-generation semiconductor industry cluster area.

Walking into No. 1 Kechuangxin Park, the third-generation semiconductor industrial park in Shunyi, one notes that there are six scattered buildings with a leisure park in the center. They are not only office buildings, but also operating high-load-bearing production plants. 

The park adopts the full-chain incubation and cultivation model of "incubation platform-acceleration platform-industrial park", focusing on the three major fields of third-generation semiconductor optoelectronics, power electronics, and microwave radio frequency. It is building a cultivation system for the entire chain of third-generation semiconductor industry services.
