Seawall Park combines relaxation, sightseeing and cultural experiences into a cohesive destination. It is divided into three thematic areas from south to north: estuarine wetland, urban leisure, and marine culture, each with its distinct characteristics and functions.

The estuarine wetland area features ecological restoration and sea dike renovation, adding water terraces, scenic boardwalks and ecological islands. The improvement of the leisure greenway provides a comfortable environment for relaxation. The urban leisure area is designed as a city park, transforming saline-alkali land with increased vegetation cover and offering pedestrian paths, sandy beach, squares and boat docks to create a pleasant recreational environment. The marine culture area uses relief sculptures, sculptures, fountains, and historical relics to showcase the history of the sea dike project and reflect the close relationship between the Binhai area and the ocean.
