The 3rd Dongjiang Seagull Season aims to strengthen its cultural tourism brand and enhance the appeal of the Dongjiang area in Bincheng New Area as a tourist destination. 

The event features a rich lineup including an opening ceremony, showcases of past award-winning works, exchanges with previous winners, and multi-platform promotion to expand its reach. Activities also include a vlog competition, inviting visitors to share their seagull‑watching moments on Douyin for a chance to win cruise tickets and other prizes; a painting contest themed on seagulls and Dongjiang landscapes, with accommodation packages and other rewards for top entries; three public cultural events such as parent‑child seagull‑themed drawing, picture‑book crafting, and online seagull trivia; multi‑location check‑in activities for social media sharing; and a special tourism value package offering discounts on tickets and more, allowing the public to fully experience the charm of Dongjiang.
