The Shanghai FTZ introduced 31 measures to further promote opening-up, bringing the total number to 54 (including the 23 measures issued in 2013 to expand the opening-up of services in 6 areas).
As of the end of June 2020, the 54 measures had helped 3,392 projects settle in the zone.
