Japanese CIIE exhibits arrive at Shanghai's Waigaoqiao Port

Industrial robots from Japan destined for the 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE) arrived at Shanghai's Waigaoqiao Port Oct 23.

The six robots can be used in various industrial fields including manufacturing and warehousing, and will be displayed at this year's CIIE.

Customs authorities at Waigaoqiao Port said that CIIE exhibits from more than 20 countries and regions such as Germany, Poland, Canada and France arrived in Shanghai by the end of October. These exhibits include technical equipment, agricultural products, cosmetics, medical apparatus and instruments, medicines and healthcare products.

Waigaoqiao Port has adopted an array of measures to ensure the fast and safe customs clearance in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, according to customs authorities at the port.
