The 2023 Challenger China Helan Mountain Off-Road Culture Carnival will open in Wukou district of Shizuishan city in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region on October 3rd, according to a release conference held on August 12 at the National People's Congress Center in Beijing. 

The carnival aims to integrate various resources, such as racing events, study tours, cultural and creative industries, film and television, homestays, and tourism. The goal is to increase the brand awarness of the Helan Mountain Off-Road Culture Carnival, showcase the beauty of the Helan Mountains, and promote sports and eco-industrial tourism in Dawukou district.

The carnival will consist of two main parts. The first is the off-road rally race segment, which will include top domestic teams and drivers as well as professional racing champions and off-road enthusiasts. Over 300 vehicles from more than 20 teams are expected to participate in this exciting race, set to take place in the canyons and mountains of Helan Mountain.

The second part is the automotive culture carnival, which will feature live performances by domestic rock bands, singers, and DJs. Themed activities, such as a highway coffee party, food carnival, and camping experience, will also be available, providing participants with a variety of entertainment options.
