Shandong Port Services & Development Group Co Ltd was founded in December 2022 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shandong Port Group (SPG). With a registered capital of 200 million yuan ($28.96 million), Shandong Port Service Development Group Co Ltd is an important platform for SPG to integrate port services, build a comprehensive service support system, innovate new business forms, and support the development of modern services.

Headquartered in the coastal city of Qingdao, Shandong province, the group has nearly 5,000 employees and its business scope covers more than 70 categories, including property management, catering services, landscaping, professional cleaning, car rentals, security services, advertising production, clothing manufacturing and refueling. It has set up 13 secondary enterprises in Qingdao, Rizhao, Yantai, Weifang and Weihai cities.
