Jiang Yuyan, celebrated as the "Seven-Gold Champion" from the Paris Paralympics, landed in Hangzhou on Sept 10.

After an intense and busy competition schedule, the 20-year-old athlete from Shaoxing finally returned home.

At the airport, Jiang smiled as she saw her family and friends who had come to welcome her.

Reflecting on her time in Paris, Jiang described it as "perfect". Over the 10-day swimming competition, she participated in nine events. Jiang won seven gold medals and set four world records and one Paralympic record, achieving her personal best.

She mentioned that from preparing for the Hangzhou Asian Para Games to competing in the Paris Paralympics, she couldn't remember the last time she was home. "I should be able to rest for a while now," she added.
