Business environment

The province is rich in mineral resources and 145 minerals have been discovered there. It also boasts 94 types of reserves, including nickel, cobalt, platinum, selenium, gold and iridium, and has large deposits of petroleum, natural gas, chromite and zinc. In 2018, the province's GDP rose by 6.3 percent year-on-year to 824.61 billion yuan.
