In the embrace of spring, there's a special alchemy that infuses the air with the promise of fine wine. Such was the scene on Mar 6, at a popular wine brewery nestled in the heart of Ganzhou district, Zhangye, Gansu province.

Here, nature's bounty and meticulous craftsmanship blend together with pristine spring water sourced from the Qilian Mountains and a selection of premium ingredients like sorghum, corn, wheat, rice, and glutinous rice.

A steady stream of liquid gold flows from the steamer, carrying with it an intoxicating aroma that delicately tickles the senses.
