Tianhe district in Guangzhou won 74 awards at the 2021 Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Conference, which was held in Guangzhou on April 15.

The district's awards, which accounted for more than half of the city's total, included 10 awards for natural sciences, five technical innovation awards, 58 science and technology progress awards, as well as one science and technology cooperation award.
