The Guangzhou Longkou West Education Group was recently established in Tianhe district, covering five member schools, with the Longkou West Elementary School as the central institution.

The education group aims to achieve high-quality development of each member school and offer superior education to a larger number of students through the construction of three key communities: curriculum creation, joint teaching and research, and school development.

It's hoped that through the construction of the curriculum creation community and the reconstruction of new curriculum concepts, said Chen Wu, principal of Longkou West Elementary School, children will be guided towards deeper learning and the cultivation of essential skills.

Chen added that the joint teaching and research community is poised to improve the overall professional capability of the educators, while the school development community is designed to serve as a sharing platform for member schools.

The other member schools of the education group include Tai'an Primary School, Dongpu Primary School, Lingtang Primary School, and Huangcun Primary School.
