Tianhe district generated a record 87,643 new urban jobs last year, accounting for over a quarter of Guangzhou's total, representing a huge achievement in its employment growth.

Behind the performance was said to be the district's unwavering commitment to implementing a policy of prioritizing employment.

Through initiatives such as incentivizing businesses to expand and create more jobs, optimize platforms, and enhance their services, Tianhe has been able to manifest a mutual benefit for both employers and workers.
