The Yangcheng Creative Industrial Park in Tianhe district topped the list of "Recommended Cultural Parks of the Year", as announced at the 2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural Industry Investment Conference recently in Guangzhou.

The selection process targeted industrial parks within the Greater Bay Area with significant cultural industry attributes and a building area of over 30,000 square meters. Out of 52 applicants, nine parks were ultimately recognized.

It has fostered nine listed companies, including Kugou and Lizhi, significantly contributing to Guangdong's cultural industry and digital economy.

The park boasts numerous accolades, including the National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base and the National Music Creative Industry Base. It is also a recognized hub for technology and cultural integration.

Additionally, the list of Guangdong's "Most Dynamic Public Cultural Spaces for 2025" was recently revealed, featuring 14 new spaces. The Yue Reading Space of Guangdong Museum and the Huijing Reading Space, both from Tianhe, were featured.
