A total of 10 trucks carrying fresh fruits and vegetables had passed through fast customs channels set up at Ereenhot Port and headed to Mongolia on April 8.
Ereenhot Port in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region is the largest land port on the China-Mongolia border.
The port has opened a fast channel for agricultural and sideline products produced in China and Mongolia since 2018.
As of the end of February this year, the port had inspected 36.4 metric tons of imported and exported vegetables and fruits with a total trade volume of 423 million yuan ($63.47 million).
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the port has launched measures to smooth customs clearance and stabilize foreign trade growth.
