Following Spring Festival, Rudong county took multiple measures to meet enterprises' labor demands and provide job seekers with employment services, ensuring a smooth resumption of production and high-quality workforce allocation.
On Feb 10, a chartered bus from Nanzheng district, Hanzhong, Shaanxi province, arrived at the county's human resources and social security bureau. The bus carried returning workers as well as new employees recruited during the holiday. This was the second group of returning workers transported via chartered buses arranged by the county this year.
Additionally, the county organized recruitment activities in Kangle county, Gansu province, marking the fifth out-of-province recruitment effort this year. From Feb 8 to 11, the county's human resources and social security bureau led a delegation of top employers, including Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology, Jiangsu Jiantong Energy, and Golden Hongye Paper (Nantong), to conduct a job fair in Kangle county.
Over 1,500 positions were offered, covering general workers, technicians, R&D engineers, and production specialists. Over 100 preliminary employment agreements were reached during the event.
"In March, we plan to visit universities to recruit talent based on industry needs and company requirements, further supporting enterprise growth," said Guan Xiaobing, deputy director of the county's human resources and social security bureau.
