On Feb 19, a roundtable discussion was held in Shanghai on advancing Hai'an's high-quality development. More than 20 representatives from technological innovation and industrial capital attended, offering insights on innovation-driven growth, talent recruitment, industrial capital, and the development of offshore industrial platforms.

Tan Zhen, Party secretary of Hai'an, emphasized that the city will carefully assess the recommendations, integrating feasible proposals into actionable strategies to support Hai'an's future development.

Tan noted that Hai'an is at a critical stage of leveraging new quality productive forces to drive high-quality growth, making technological innovation, top-tier talent, and financial resources more essential than ever.
