NHIZ hosts membrane materials symposium with Shanghai's industry alliance
The Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (NHIZ) hosted an industry cooperation symposium from Jan 16 to 17, in collaboration with the Shanghai Membrane Materials Industry Development Alliance.
The Shanghai Membrane Material Industry Development Alliance is an industry organization composed of major Shanghai enterprises, universities, and research institutes in the field of membrane materials. It is committed to promoting technological innovation and coordinated development in the industry.
The event attracted representatives from more than 30 upstream and downstream enterprises and institutions along the industry chain, including the Shanghai New Materials Association, East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Institute of Ceramics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Shanghai Tianyang Times.
During the event, attendees visited the Nantong industrial base of Nalinv and held the alliance's annual work meeting and a special report meeting.
In recent years, NHIZ has identified membrane materials as a key focus in the new materials industry and is continually optimizing the industrial ecosystem. It has attracted several membrane materials companies, including Nalinv, FFlink, and Dailink, gradually forming an industry chain that covers functional films, equipment manufacturing, and application development.
NHIZ plans to continue strengthening cooperation with industry organizations in Shanghai and other areas, accelerating the aggregation of innovation elements and striving to build a regional hub for the membrane materials industry.
