Wancheng district, located in the center of Nanyang city, covers an area of 662 square kilometers with a population of 568,700 in 2012. Wancheng district is China's main grain-production base, with a large proportion of agriculture, villages and peasants.

With a water yield of more than 60 tons per hour for a 60-meter well, Wancheng is rich in high quality water, and provides the necessary resources for large-scale industrial projects.
