On Feb 23, researchers and writers from the Nanyang Culture Research Institute traveled to Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and Guangzhou to carry out a study on successful Nanyang natives.

Nanyang's local culture institute decided to compile a directory of prominent entrepreneurs, inventors, Internet finance experts, and other industry representatives from Nanyang.

The industrial elite form the backbone of the regional and national economy, and Nanyang people are known for their honesty, integrity, and intelligence in business matters.

It is the institute's duty to record and promote their inspiring stories. The researchers added that the directory was also meant to attract talented Nanyang natives back home to help develop the city.
